With Government mandates in Queensland being lifted on Thursday 14th April, Collies and Co. are pleased to announce we are now open for all, regardless of vaccination status.
We have decided to adopt a Open Hiring recruitment strategy, for our unskilled positions. Essentially this means we will be hiring individuals without regard to their background or history, first-in-first-hired. This recruitment process is based on the principle on non-judgement and inclusion, focusing on the individuals potential rather than their past experience or education.
Positions available will include front of house, waiting, animal attendant, host, kitchen hand and customer service. There are many opportunities within Collies and Co. to further education including Certificates III and IV and Diploma in Hospitality, Cookery or Small Business Management and Certificates II and III in Animal Studies.
